In Chapter Seven of Decree Law No. 124, which regulates the principles regarding the establishment and duties of the administrative organization of higher education supreme bodies and higher education institutions, the administrative organization and duties of higher education institutions are defined. Within this framework, the duties of our Directorate, referred to as the Support Services Department, are specified in Article 36 as follows: a) Carrying out services related to the procurement of vehicles, equipment, and materials, b) Providing cleaning, security, heating, and similar services, c) Performing printing and graphic work as well as document and typing services, d) Carrying out civil defense, security, and environmental control activities, e) Performing other similar assigned duties. In addition to the duties specified above, the leasing procedures for immovable properties owned by our University are carried out by our Directorate.
