In the seventh section of Decree Law No. 124, which regulates the principles concerning the establishment and duties of higher education supreme bodies and the administrative organization of higher education institutions, the Administrative Organization and Duties of Higher Education Institutions are defined. Within this framework, the duties of our Directorate, designated as the Department of Support Services, are set out in Article 36 as follows:

a) To carry out services related to the procurement of vehicles, equipment, and materials;

b) To provide cleaning, security, heating, and similar services;

c) To perform printing and graphic work, as well as document and letter duplication services;

d) To carry out civil defense, security, and environmental control tasks;

e) To perform similar tasks assigned to us.

In addition to the duties mentioned above, the leasing of immovable properties owned by our University is carried out by our Directorate.
